Been using for many years, the cost seems to be a little more stable but reasonable. It walks you thru the basic steps and ensures the information is complete. Noticed a few items ended up getting flagged in the end at the review so I went back thru that section then reviewed again.
All in All I like and will buy agian
What's great about it: Was quick and easy
What's not so great: Required some research for topics
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

The program walks you thru and does all the hard work for you by filling out the forms, so you don't have to. I've been using this program since it started way back when it was still called Tax Edge. I couldn't get by without it.
What's great about it: Asks the right questions. Easy to use. Has helpful hints and the help features are great.
What's not so great: The state help functions could be a little better, though I know that they can only be as good as the state lets it be.

I've used Turbo Tax for many years. All have been very easy
to use but I believe this one for 2012 has them all beat. I was
able to go from start to efiling in less than 5 hours.

Easy to use interface, questions are easy to understand, customer service staff are very accomodating
