I have used Turbox Tax for multiple years and I have found it to be excellent to use. Easy to go back and forth, and adjust items as I think of them.
What's great about it: I can go back and forth as I remember things
What's not so great: The phone wait was really long when I tried to call and ask a specific question

Everything was very intuitive until I got to the print and file section. It could be a bit clearer when using the voucher.

Turbo Tax Program has been very helpful getting me the best return & organizing my data. I don't think I would attempt a paper return any more.
What's great about it: made stock sales easy enough for me not to worry about them
What's not so great: I couldn't get my 2011 info from my old computer over to the new one using a stick drive.
