pop-up ads

asking to donate to specific cause between pages,after you already did donations page I thought was a little irritating. I already give to several charity groups,plus donate some of my time to veteran groups.I certainly don't need groups nominated to me.

Turbo tax is great!
What's great about it: EAsy ti fill in the numbers
What's not so great: I had a 1099-k that was confusing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Covered it All!

I've used TurboTax for years and still find it to be the easiest and most efficient way to do my taxes. Data entry couldn't be easier, with the ability to download W-2's and investment income directly into the program. The context-based help and accuracy reviews are extremely helpful.
What's great about it: Easy to enter data. Error and ommision analysis.
What's not so great: Too many ads for additional services.

My Turbo Tax Wish List

I've been using TT for +10 years and overall I love it. However, I believe there are other filing resources that are free, but I've become comfortable with TT and continue to purchase it. Because I pay for this, I have pretty high expectations. My complaints/suggestions are:
1. It would be great if I could see the previous year's specific entry for each question.
2. VERY DISAPPOINTED/GROSS DEFICIET-FILING INSTRUCTIONS
A."Be sure to mail all pages of your signed return..." - this should at least specify how many pages-or the form names-so I can double check
B. "...along with required attachments."- I think it is
UNACCEPTABLE that the specific filing attachments/ documents are not provided. Every year I'm so happy to be done with my return then I am agitated that I have to go back through my return and hope I guess right which attachment are required. This seems like something very easy for TT to provide.
3. I had to type this review 2 times-because I left the page and couldn't get back to it

Have always felt secured in filing. Errors in my input into system were quickly noted. Asked questions that were easy to understand. Helped in finding deductions, Liked the feature of being able to file State Income Tax at the same time as federal. As long as you have your data ready, no problems. Would recommend to anyone of any age that has to file Income Taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to walk through--Easy to understand
What's not so great: None
