Long-time HAPPY user

I have been a TT user for many years (15+). I have always found it to be easy to use, never had a problem with my returns being accepted at IRS or had any mistakes or corrections after filing. I will continue to be a loyal customer.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate, clear detailed tax information
What's not so great: NONE!!!!!!!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used Turbotax since it first came out. Yes the DOS days. Still very reliable and easy to use.
But the ads trying to sell me stuff could go away.

while entering 1099 MISC, I picked the wrong type of income and after going back to correct it it still show up in the Wages & income section. To completely remove it from the files I went into the forms display to remove the form because it seems that it automatically creates the from and maybe not it is not removed even after correcting the error.
I will continue to use Turbo tax!
What's great about it: can try ways to maximize refund
What's not so great: keeps forms after correcting error

Colorado Problems with Turbotax

Every year, I have problems with the state of Colorado not getting the W-2 info transmitted from turbotax. This year, my colorado return is delayed 4-6 weeks for unknown reasons, but it is probably the same old W-2 issue. I will probably not use turbotax in the future as a result of this reoccuring issue.

What's not so great: Colorado problems

Eversince we started using your system, completing our taz returns is very simple and easy. Just import the info from the piror year and then complete the required changes and add any inform that is new to the current years return.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Just follow along with questions.
