TurboTax is very easy to use and helpful

TurbosTax is worth the investment to complete your own taxes. Check your work as you go. Don't invest in expensive services. Thanks! and your are awesome.

turbo tax

I would recommend, however I don't like how the questions are worded at times. For example if an IRA is cashed due to death and the IRA is an inheritance, the wording is very confusing. Sometimes the questions remove you from the form too much, and do not provide enough details. But overall I do think it is an easy to use product. I realize it is a company designed to make money, but the marketing is annoying as well....Add this feature on, purchase this product or service etc...
What's great about it: Easy to use. Checks for errors. All calculations done so low audit risk. Support if audited.
What's not so great: The question answer format removes you form your tax return too much at times. Some questions are confussing

I know I won't miss anything. But that makes it more complicated because many issues don't really apply to me. But I realize that those issues may apply to other taxpayers, so the complication is understandable.

Excellent for basic return

My tax return is fairly straight forward. It is nice to be able to download most financials. Cannot think of any negative issues in using the program.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: A little expensive. Should be less if purchased directly from TT.

What's not so great: Should have included free efile for state filing too...
Pros: I bought or sold investments

All I can say is I've been using TurboTax for years now and I've been very satisfied with the ease of use and it's accuracy.
What's great about it: The walk thru for each tax item is so easy to follow.
What's not so great: Some of the filing fees at the end.
