My taxes went as smoothly as ever this year. No issues to report. Didn't have to reach out to the experts.
What's great about it: Thorough review with reference material

Refund Filing Relief

As a first time TurboTax user, this program saved me! The instructions are very detailed. I was guided on every step. I especially love the "What is this?" links. The in-depth explanations made me feel comfortable filing my taxes on my own. This is the first time in 8 years of filing that I actually enjoyed filing my taxes. It's empowering to take charge of one's own finances and TurboTax helped me accomplish this with ease. I'm looking forward to filing for next year. Thank you, TurboTax!

Easy filing and refund

The only complaint I have ever had with TT is that you folks do not make it easy for a retired government employee on a federal pension to calculate the taxable/nontaxable portion of the pension without jumping through many, and sometimes, confusing, "hoops" to arrive at a number.
Otherwise, the process is efficient; intuitive; and the software anticipates where you will need further assistance.
I have been using TT since 1983 and will use no other program.

Details for state tax returns were not given. It was hard to tell if payments for taxes due were payed.

Been using Turbo Tax for years. The copy feature makes it faster and also provides reminders of things I need to enter.
Did have trouble finding a few things this year.
What's great about it: Copies data from previous year
What's not so great: Harder to find some stuff
