Alright, I'm a procrastinator. Every year I say, "This year I'll file as soon as I get my W2." ...and for one reason or another I find myself scrambling the second week of April. TurboTax to the rescue!
I am not easily impressed, but I have to say that TurboTax is a great product. I'd have to say one of the very few things that I buy knowing that I will get 100% value for my money.
I've been using TurboTax for a few years now and it has been with me through multiple life changes. I worked over seas, moved, got married, and purchased a home. TurboTax has handled everything situation I have been in - flawlessly!
I find the need for TurboTax so obvious, and its execution so no-nonsense and simple, I only with I had thought of it myself! Seriously, it's one of the few rare occasions that I find myself saying, "THIS is how it should be done."
I don't normally express appreciation around tax time, but I have to give Kudos to TurboTax. ...one more year down. See you next time.
What's great about it: simple, no hastles, no worries...taxes done.
What's not so great: There are NO cons...

As I noted before, I have used TurboTax for many years. I know where everything is and I understand how the program "thinks". It is so simple to use, it's amazing how fast I can get the returns completed. Once in awhile I end up with an error that doesn't explain itself in a way I can understand and I need to research the answer. That can be frustrating but I always find what I need. I can't review "asking an expert" because I've always found what I need. I would never bother trying another tax service because this suits my needs just fine.
What's great about it: I have used TurboTax for so many years (>10) that I know where everything is.
What's not so great: Once in awhile I come across a question that I can't find an answer to.

Takes the Pain Out of Filing!!!

Turbo Tax covers every aspect of your taxes. I am confident that my taxes are right when I complete the process. Things are covered that I would not have thought of therefore saving me money. I would not think of using any other program.
What's great about it: Ease of filing and you don't leave out a single thing
What's not so great: Can't think of any

What's great about it: Quick Identification need forms and completion
What's not so great: Non 1099 Capital Gains were difficult to handle
