Easy to use

I have been using for years. I can have complex data from 1099s, W-2s, and other forms automatically enterred from the appropriate institutions web site (after turbotax logs me on and I provide ID and pin). I efile and then save a pdf which I can then email to my investment advisor. It helps me stay really organized. In addition, I get audit defense for a reasonable amount- though I have never needed to use it.
What's great about it: easy to enter data asks appropriate questions easy to save pdf
What's not so great: none

Have used Turbo Tax for years. Love how easy it is to do and how it refers back to last year's report etc.

I HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR SOME YEARS AND FIND IT THE BEST WAY TO COMPLETE MY OBLIGATION TO THE IRS.
What's great about it: QUICK AND EASY
What's not so great: NONE

My wife usually does the taxes and this year I did them and found how easy it was and how through turbo tax was.
What's great about it: Very helpful in explaining everything.
What's not so great: Really did not find any.

The overall program is good, but like I mentioned above, I do not like the idea that I paid for the program and then have to pay again to send off my state tax.
What's great about it: the ease of screens

great product. Saves money over walk in preparation and is reliable safe and accurate.
