Almost There

I've used Turbo Tax for years. This year, I decided to complete the information for form TDF 90-22.1. I kept receiving an error requesting a zip code (none exists for the foreign country I input).
What's great about it: Very thorough
What's not so great: issues with TDF 90-22.1

TAX TIME ANXIETY

This is a great piece of software for filing taxes. It helps you to think of all the possible deduction you may be able to take. The calculations that are done automatically are great. It takes a little of the anxiety away. After all, "Tax Time" should be renamed "ANxiety Time"
At the end of the day "TurboTax" is great.
What's great about it: THE DETAILED QUESTIONS

Love the product - hate the price!

Customer loyalty should mean more these days! Wouldn't it be great for those of us that use turbo tax year after year to get a break on the cost of the software and/or get to file ALL returns completely free? I think so.
Such an easy product to use but always seem to be add-ons and additional fees needed to get the job completely done.

Easy on time

I have used turbo tax for at least five years. I use to do our taxes myself, doing the forms, tables etc. by hand. This saved my so much time, and I was able to complete it in about 45 minutes, even with my kids and their friends running around and interupting me.
What's great about it: Being able to skip right over what I didn't need and being able to pick exactly what I did want to review

Turbo Tax is easy to follow and very quick when you keep all of the necessary documentation as your year goes along. Reasonable price.

Turbo Tax consistently provides an easy-to-use format, helpful tips and explanation links, which gives me the confidence that I have filed accurately, received all the deductions I am entitled to, and will receive my refund quickly. Year after year, they have proven that I can trust their help with my taxes. Since we have to file taxes, thank goodness for Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Consistently easy to use, readily-available help.
What's not so great: Honestly don't know of any.
