I'm sold on TurboTax. This is my fourth year and I hope to continue with TurboTax for many moons. The price is right and I like the ability to work on the return at my own pace. I can edit areas if need be and I like the feature that TurboTax can retrieve information from my previous year.

To the point

TurboTax was easy to use and so much better than sitting in an office waiting in line at a tax preparation service to get my taxes done. I was able to do all my taxes and find deductions that the "tax specialist" missed the previous year.
What's great about it: Step-by-step walk through of possible deductions
What's not so great: Having to pay extra to file a state return electronically.

An Excellent Choice

I've used Turbo Tax for years. Always easy and straight forward to use. I will continue to use it in the future.
My only small pet peeve is that is should know I live in a state that does not require me to file and stop asking over and over again about state taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: It should know I live in Washington State and don't need state taxes and stop asking!

I've been using TurboTax for so long I can't even imagine doing my tax return without it! Extremely user-friendly and I enjoy the ease with which I can do electronic filing. I've also amended a return with TurboTax and find that it works very well.
What's great about it: It's easy to fill in the blanks once you get the hang of it
What's not so great: Not a thing

Excellent, easy to use, many double checks and chances to review.

What's not so great: Doesn't appear to have 'other' options if your deductions don't fit their categories
