STRESS FREE TAXES

I hate the way it goes back to the main screen between topics and you have grab the scroll bar and scroll down to the bottom so you can get to the "next" or "continue" button. That is cumbersome and annoying. Other than that, I prefer Turbo Tax over other brands.
What's great about it: EASY TO USE
What's not so great: I HATE THE WAY IT GOES BACK TO THE MAIN SCREEN EVERY TIME YOU FINISH AN ITEM
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easier than a GPS for Taxes!

How can I say easy any other way. E-A-S-Y.
I have been using Turbo Tax for four years and will continue to do so.
That should sum it up right there.
The way the program walks you through one step at a time with options and suggestions makes even a difficult return seem remarkably easy.

What's great about it: There is nothing difficult if you follow directions
What's not so great: Error check at end is a bit clunky

Don't know what I would do without TurboTax

Thank you TurboTax for taking the pain out of filing my taxes each year.
What's great about it: I like how Turbo Tax asks me the questions and puts all my answers in the correct spots.
What's not so great: No cons here!!

Started taxes one night after all others in the family had gone to bed. Was three quarters in less than two hours. Completed taxes two days later, no sweat, no strain, in an hour and a half, including lunch. All forms done for federal and two states with no confusion at all.
What's great about it: Most streamlined proceedure in the last 5 years. a pleasure to use.
What's not so great: none noted

Great product I won't use anything else.

What's great about it: Easy to follow and reloads last years info, saves lots of time.
What's not so great: Had a print error and had to uninstall and install turboTax. My first problem in 10 years.

Been using Turbo Tax for about eight years. Takes me 1/4 the time it used to.

A Good Investment

As always Turbo Tax was worth the investment. There are only minor adjustments in working through the various processes that hold it back from a 5. At times it seemed more difficult to use and understand than it had in the past. I rated it a 4, but a 4.5 is what I would have rated it if I had the option.
What's great about it: Helpful in wading through the ever more complex tax code
What's not so great: Seemed more difficult to use than in the past
