Step by step and review functions make it super easy to complete my return without worrying that I forgot something. I love how it shows last years' information for comparison.
What's great about it: Always easy to use
What's not so great: State efile isn't free
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used turbo tax for several years and find them to be very good and easy to use even as my tax situation has changed over the years. They have also continued to improve their product over the years to make tt even simpler to use and understand.

i have been using turbo tax for 10 years it is very easy to use, it is simple since it takes you step by step thru all the sections to make suie you get the most refund.

I Survived Another Tax Season

It doesn't matter if I get a refund or have to pay, I get stressed out, but Turbo Tax helps me get through it because of how easy it is to use.
What's great about it: Even though I'm Stressed...Turbo Tax rocks!
What's not so great: The anxiety I always get when doing taxes
