I've been using TurboTax for years and am very pleased. Each year it seems to get even easier to use. I've never had any problems and I will definitely do my taxes with TurboTax next year.

my family and myself have used Turbo Tax for a few years now. we will continue to use it. i have always done my own taxes, but this makes me feel more confindent in the results and takes the pressure down about a 100 notches. thanks Turbo Tax!!!!

Turbotax = " No Stress "

I always dread tax season, and once I start doing our taxes with TurboTax, it is an easy job, with no stress. They have everything covered, with all of the questions that you will need to help out your situation.
What's great about it: so very helpful with EVERY step
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Good Tax Software

I can get to everything I need from the interview for looking at details which is very nice. Access to publications is very good. One thing that I would like to see is free state tax filing given that I use the Deluxe software and I can basically get the same for less money by doing this all online.
What's great about it: Very accurate and easy to do
What's not so great: Free state filing would be nice
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments
