Nice work TurboTax

I found TurboTax instructions easy to follow even with the purchase of a new house. What I didn't like is that they charge you extra for E-filing state taxes. I feel like I already spend a good amount of money on this product and it would have been nice if that was included.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions
What's not so great: Didn't like the added cost of filing state.

EASIEST REFUND

Turbo Tax has been the easiest and fastest way for me to do our families income tax. I have used it for the past 3 years and would not consider using any other programs.The fact that I can do this in the comfort of my own home and at my own speed is also a luxury without having to pay a middleman to do this for us is an absolute plus! I have recommended Turbo Tax to many friends and family and they have listened.
What's great about it: As easy as driving a car
What's not so great: Having to pay again after purchasing product

TurboTax general is the definition of a user-friendly program. The ability to extract and analyze data from the previous year is particularly ingenious and invaluable.
What's great about it: Helped with first time use of a K-1
What's not so great: Hard to access detailed info in drop down menus

Turbo Tax does an excellent job guiding you through the tax preparation process. I particularly like the links that answer any questions you have concerning each line item.
What's great about it: Easy guide through the tax return form
What's not so great: No cons in my book

FRUSTRATED

A lot of problems this year. Can't file my daughters Maryland return. Just won't give me the filing screen. she has no tax federal or CT, but has a Maryland and I just can't get to the filing screen for that. So frustrating. I just might have to give up on you guys after all these years.
What's great about it: I've always loved you BUT ...................
What's not so great: I AM HAVING SUCH A HARD TIME THIS YEAR!!! I can't get this program to file my daughters Maryland return,

The software is easy to use. There is no guess work required to get through a basic return.
What's great about it: quick and simple
What's not so great: Free federal online isn't free if you want to log back in for info.
