Long-time user-continue to use for convenience, familiarity.
What's great about it: Straightforward tax items entry
What's not so great: make Forms fields available for editing if data incorrect instead of having to find location in software to fix
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Refund the Easy Way

I have used Turbo tax for years. It makes filing quick and easy. They have explanations for everything you need to put in. A very good product.
What's great about it: Quick and Easy Guide
What's not so great: Some Explanations are Hard to Understand.

Streamlined to Success

I don't like waiting until the last minute to do anything, but when it comes to taxes, I put it off as long as possible to avoid the hassles that usually accompany the process. With Turbo Tax, the hassles are kept to a bare minimum, and I always finish the process by admitting that it wasn't so bad after all. If you keep good records and can read a computer screen, Turbo Tax is the way to go to process and file all of your tax returns.
What's great about it: Just follow along and answer the questions and your done before you know it
What's not so great: I wish there were editions with more than one state return

Maxed to the Max

I have been doing turbo-tax now for years. The improvements for ease and user friendliness are still continuing and have made this software one of the best I have ever used. Now, each year, I just grab the Turbo-Tax.
What's great about it: Everything.......clear, concise, and easy to follow
What's not so great: none whatsoever

Why I love TurboTax

I have been using TurboTax for years. My #1 reason is....because I'm CHEAP. Yup, I'm cheap, so TurboTax is right up my alley. Plus, it's convenient. You can do it from the comfort of your home whenever it suits you (before the tax deadlines, I hope). Add to that, it's soooooo fast and easy. You don't need to be a math whiz, a legal eagle or have any special skills. It walks you through every step in plain English, and you can keep going back to each step as often as you want to be sure you are doing things right. You can e-file and have a multitude of refund and/or payment options. Believe me, if it wasn't CHEAP, FAST and EASY, I wouldn't keep using it year after year.
What's great about it: Convenience, ease of use, cost.
What's not so great: Can't think of any

Foreign account Section

Please have foreign banks more up to date with US tax regulations and what needs to be declared. If not, please eliminate this from Turbo Tax all together.
What's great about it: Very simple for normal taxes
What's not so great: Foreign accounts section is very confusing. Foreign banks don't conmmunicate necessary information for US taxes.

Each year Turbo Tax gets better. You appear to listen to input from the users. My paticular difficulty is with the 529 reporting. My kids are out of school now so next year will be a breeze.
What's great about it: Guided interview
What's not so great: No real help in the education writeoff/529 area
