Challenged by FSA

As stated above,. I have been using TT for 20+ years, both sides of the border... I have never been as challenged as this time - thanks to the FSA... I have chosen to disregard the thoughts of not entering it (MOst of the comments out there) and deducted the whole lot... the $5000 repayment cost me $1383 less refund... but... if anyone can answer the questions i posted and i need to reconsider I iwll amend
You should add more infpo, instructions and examples for 2013 - even though the allowance is reduced to $2500 this year
What's great about it: Everything exceppt the lack of data, info, answers, instruictions on FSA
What's not so great: Lack of info, instructions etc. on FSA repayment inputs

Of all the years I have used turbo tax this has been the worst. Massachusetts tax didn't mesh well at all.
What's great about it: Got the job done
What's not so great: Much harder to use this year

TurboTax makes filing taxes super easy, with helpful hints along the way for every step, and more detailed information is just a couple of clicks away. It even tells me what kind of paperwork and forms I'll need for each section. I have used it for over a decade now and have always been pleased.

Turbo Tax came through!

Lots of differences for tax year 2012, I was not looking forward to trying to sort it all out but Turbo Tax handled it with ease! I have confidence that despite the differences in my household income it is all entered correctly and I've not only paid my fair share of taxes this year but maximized the deductions. Well done, Turbo Tax! I (literally) couldn't have done it without you!
What's great about it: Ease of use, confidence in product
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

So Easy

TurboTax makes filing easy and takes the fear and anxiety out of the process. It asks simple questions to make sure you include everything, even things you might not otherwise have thought of. It's a fantastic product, and I have used it for years.
What's great about it: Simple to Use; covers everything; the best

It is easy to do the taxes by Turbo-Tax.
Sometimes it runs slow, and I get a round circle.

2012 taxes

other than printing the forms not required for filing when printing a copy for a paper file (do my kids taxes and like them to retain a paper copy for their own records). very easy to use. Have been a customer for many many years and find this one of the easiest programs out there
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: prints too much, dont need to print all the extraneous forms when saving on computer

Have used Turbo Tax for at least 8 years and have always been very pleased.
