Doesn't get any easier

TurboTax is very easy to use. As long as you have your information in front of you and your tax situation is not too complicated, it shouldn't take but 30 minutes, if that. Plus, you can save and come back later to finish, if you need to.
I've been using the software for four years and can't believe I ever paid someone to do my taxes or did them by hand. If you haven't used it before, I highly recommend it.
What's great about it: step-by-step instructions, ease of use

Perfect! Year After Year After Year!

Almost makes preparing our taxes fun. Informative, helpful, accurate, simply and enjoyable product to use. Keeps me coming back every year since 2004!
What's great about it: Utter simplicity. It asks, you tell. Simple but thorough!
What's not so great: Audio and video help would be nice.
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Have used TT for well over 15 years now, except one and that was a mistake. Love the way it imports from last years info saving me time. I like that I can see and control the entries, and that makes me directly in the know of my filing, not someone else giving me a print copy.
What's great about it: Walks you thougth everything
What's not so great: Miss where I stand in comparisions at end

Quickest Tax Preparation Ever!

It took me less than two hours to file my return. I don't think my tax situation is too complex, but enough so not to know everything I needed to file. I am getting a refund because TurboTax helped me identify deductions I wouldn't have thought about. Fantastic!!!
What's great about it: Love the easy questions to maximize your deductions.
What's not so great: Can't really think of any.
