Despite the long wait, the individual that helped me out with a whole series of unique scenarios was awesome. He was patient and knowledgable. More importantly, when he wasn't sure of something, he admitted it and found help.
What's great about it: Unique circumstances this year required understanding death, college, inheritance information
What's not so great: VERY long wait on the help line

Turbo tax saves us money!

Turbo Tax is easy to work with. We'll definitely stick with it. This program brings to light that you don't have to pay someone a lot of money just to do data entry.

Simple, Informative, Hassle-free

I have been using Turbo Tax Deluxe since 2007. Every year I dread sitting down to do my taxes but then I open Turbo tax and in short order I am done with my taxes stress free and happy (at least when I am getting a refund). The step-by-step guide takes the hassle out of finding the right form, manual calculations, and putting everything together. Then with the simple click of the mouse a couple of times at the end your taxes are filed. It can't get much simpler.
In addition, even in complex tax years (moving, house sale, job change, state of residence change) Turbo Tax Deluxe has it all covered. I have been long time Turbo Tax customer and will continue to be in the years to come.

Turbo Tax is really user-friendly!

Turbo Tax is very user friendly -- especially for the non-accounting, non financially experienced filer. It is easy to follow, easy to back up if you have questions or doubts. I would never think of using any other service.
What's great about it: Efficient and easy to follow.
