so simple

this system is so simple it only took a couple of hours to do both returns. been a turbo tax user for a couple of years now and will continue to do so.

Have done taxes my self the paper way and have had a, so called, tax preparation service do them as well. Have tried Turbo Tax for two years now and enjoy using it. The easy guide takes the user through all steps with out all the paper trails doing it the old way, and is alot cheaper than having some one else do them. Really like how it goes through many deduction sections trying to find as many as possible which helps out. Another thing that is great is that at the end you get the option to e-file or mail it in with all available forms that can easily be printed out. Will use again.
What's great about it: Easy and guides the user through
What's not so great: To easy to use lol

I would like to see the forms filled out as I go and not have to wait until the end.
Had to call TT to learn that old programs could be removed from computer and still have access to prior year work for reference and revisions.
What's great about it: Covers most common tax needs
What's not so great: Cannot see tax return until done.

Turbo tax is the best way to complete your taxes. Turbo tax is very easy and give step by step instruction. I love it.......

how to amend return

i rec'd a corrected 1099 for interest & dividends. trying to amend my return and are having a problem. my return is filed and accepted .
