Easy to Follow

overall I'm very pleased, and I will continue to use Turbo Tax next year.
What's great about it: Liked the easy diresctions and references to tax code
What's not so great: at places it skipped things and had to go back to review

I've tried every tax program over the years and find Turbotax to be the most comprehensive, easy to understand software. Forms and fields are clearly explained, and when additional help/insight is needed, the "Help" menu is invaluable. Integration with It's Deductible is very handy. Ability to download data directly from my various financial institutions, especially my broker, is a great feature. Overall it is the most feature rich, easy to navigate tax software program available.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate, clear explanations
What's not so great: None

I'm finally done

Over all, it was as easy as the past years,but I prefer doing the explore on my own as compared to the system asking. It seems less helpful and more cumbersome.
It worked okay except for some stray emails for the MN state processes which were confusing, when it said I had already filed.
What's great about it: liked the speed this year
What's not so great: very slow on getting updates

Very easy

I have been using TurboTax for many years so I have my records management set up for easy collection and entry into the software. I really appreciate the consistency from year to year because of this. As I move into retirement, there are some new features I need to exercise each year and TurboTax makes it simple to learn about these and use them.
What's great about it: It was easy to collect records, enter the data, and file the return. I did it all in just about an hour
What's not so great: No real downsides.

Thank you Turbo Tax - I do not fear taxes when I know the program will walk me through the steps to get the most I can from my yearly income.
What's great about it: Step by Step easy guide.
