When I needed help, the chat wait was 45 minutes. Could not find answers in FAQs. Went to IRS website. Not as good as in past years.
What's great about it: computed automatically, easy view filled out forms

Overall experience was great, used Turbo Tax for years, their are some sections though or questions that search doesn't find that better search engine and text of forms and answers should fix. Depreciation and limits was confusing at times and too many times going to IRS site rather than direct link to info.
What's great about it: Ease and flow in areas covered
What's not so great: more detailed topic search and fuzzy

Much better than using an accountant.
What's great about it: Easy to set up and get started.
What's not so great: minor issue with rounding and kept me on the edge of my seat regarding some issues related to working in one state
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's great about it: Love how TurboTax uses and carries information from previous returns to the current return.

Easy to use. Super quick if you have all documents gathered, it takes no time at all to get them entered. Also reminds you of things you might have forgotten!!

Great Program!

I like using Turbo Tax to help itemize my deductions. It is easy to use and guides me through the steps. I can also avoid errors in my math!

I've used TurboTax for more than 10 years. I love the way that last year's data can be imported to the new returns. The step-throughs help me to be certain that I didn't forget anything.
What's great about it: Quick and easy to use
What's not so great: Have to scroll to the bottom of the review page after every section to continue.
