Simple and EZ

My wifw first started using this product several years ago and enjoyed the process. She has since passd away and I have continued with the product.It has been extremely convenient since you can complete it at your own pace, at home and support is readily available. As yet I have not needed this service. I would recomend this product to everyone.
What's great about it: Walked me thru all steps!
What's not so great: Don't see any!

The software is helpful and gets the job done.

ok for simple return

This year we had to pay a lot more than last year even though our income and other stuff was almost identical. So I though something was wrong. Turned out that we had more withheld the previous year. This is something the system could have easily picked up on and warned me so I didn't have to spend an entire day looking for an error.
What's great about it: pretty easy for beginners
What's not so great: could have remembered more things from last year

with the transfer of information some parts had to entered

having just completed the filing of our return; it is very vital to
know and to work toward the largest refund, but it works out
that the amount of taxes one pays is not so stated. YES,
that information is available to everyone.

Better Every Year

I have been using TurboTax for over 10 years and each year the user interface gets easier. I tried a competetors product one to comare and was disappointed. I will stay with TurboTax.
