Every year I use turbo tax because of how painless it makes the process of filing my taxes. When I have questions the support staff take times to explain everything to me.

Turbo Tax - no stress

Turbo Tax is a great tool for doing your own taxes. It is easy to set up, easy to navigate and stress free. There is additional information available for every line item. You can contact them directly if you need more details. You will not have to worry about missing deductions because Turbo Tax covers them all. I recommend it highly.
Another great feature is that you can start the return, leave it and come back to the same spot days later. Also, your return can be saved each year so you don't need to re-enter any information once you have filed.

So Easy to Use!

If you can read, you can use Turbo Tax. Once you have all your documents at hand, it's a breeze to use. We've used it for several years and can't imagine using anything else.

Turbo Tax was extremely accurate

I have been using Turbo Tax for years, and this year I also did a backup on the paper forms. Turbo tax was right on and picked up some deductions I probably would have missed.
What's great about it: ease of estimating donated gifts, explaining each process if desired
What's not so great: none; this was a very efficient program

Easy "Wrider"

Overall, the best way to get taxes done. The electronic filing is especially beneficial and time-saving.
What's great about it: Ease of having previous year's data presented along with new data.
What's not so great: Hard to match up K-1 data with limited choices in the entry pages of the program
