Got rid of my anxiety!

I love Turbo Tax. I am a divorced single mom and I had not been used to doing my own taxes, but your software makes it so easy, my anxiety about filing my taxes is almost gone now.
What's great about it: The step by step format is great
What's not so great: The extra charge to efile state taxes.

I have done the taxes for 6 other people. They enjoyed watching me do their taxes. Next year they are going to purchase Turbo tax for themselves. Great Product!!! Hats off to Turbo tax. Thank you for this great product.

We were forced to file by mail because there was no provisions for including Spouses IP Pin

Turbotax 2012

Overall the software is a snap to use. Guided walk through of each section makes it easy and seamless to enter information. Wish they would include the State E-file with the software as the Federal E-file is included.
I have used other tax software in the past and really like turbo tax better.
What's great about it: Easy to use and setup
What's not so great: Have to pay for state e-file

Got me organized

Turbo Tax helps me to prepare my own return efficiently, quickly and accurately. And I've done it, so I'm not filled with doubt about what the preparer did.
It also helps me do my in-laws' and daughter's returns without the hassle of asking them 100x to please, please, please bring me the appropriate info to complete the task. I just look at last year's return, write them up a list and say "Don't show up until you've got everything on the list."

What's great about it: The logical progression throughout the preparation of the return has minimized spectacularly the time I spend each year.
What's not so great: At times, it seems like there is no end to the questions every year.

Arrrrggggg Had To Pay In!!!!!!!!!

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years now and this was the first year that I had to pay in due to the wrong with holding number at my part time job Turbo Tax not only explained how to correct that so I will be okay next year they also made a fearful situation understandable and comfortable
