Easy as it can get

The program gets better and better each year. I don't know what can be improved next year. But, I'm sure there will be something.
What's great about it: All the information you need at your hand
What's not so great: None that I can see
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I Love TurboTax

I've used TurboTax for about 15 years now and would never switch to another company's tax software. I love the easy entry forms, the friendly prompts, and the explanations when I have a question.
What's great about it: I love the easy navigation features

I have used Turbo Tax now for the past 4 or 5 years. This program is dependable and reliable; helping me get my maximum refund each year. I also like the professional resources/services that are offered with this program if I need extra help.

Simple and Easy!

Turbo Tax has been my software of choice for a number of years. The previous years's information import is especially helpful. I really appreciate the reminders that Turbo Tax displays that help me find all the income and expense deduction items that applies.The program runs smoothly and quickly. The "Tax Due" box that is always on display is also very helpful to encourage you to dig deeper for all the information required to get your maximum deductions!
What's great about it: Easy step by step process
What's not so great: prompts you to buy more services than you may need

I have been using your product for a number of years, but with the additional charges to file in the end. I paid more than my sister did to have someone do it for her.

What's not so great: extra charges to file are getting to be to much

Excellent again this year

Have used Turbo Tax for several years and always pleased. My only complaint is that if you get out of a section - to maybe check and see what you did for something else or see if you need to change a previous entry, you can't just go right back where you were with out answering all the questions for that section from the beginning. Other than that, I appreciate the rolling total and the return check at the end.
What's great about it: Keeps track of the money owed (by me or them)
What's not so great: Can't go back to a specific topic (Business expenses) without going thru the whole section that contains that deduction.
