Easy Peazy

The guide takes you through step by step, and is easy to understand. We have many deductions, college expenses, royalty properties, it catches all of it.. Only got stumped a couple of times and had to use the explanations, which again were very complete. I have been using Turbo Tax for 10 years and it has come a long way since then. It has saved us hundreds of dollars in paying an agency to do our taxes I would highly recommend.
What's great about it: Step by Step Guide super easy to follow
What's not so great: I Like it all

I have used Turbo Tax since it came out to file my federal returns (no state tax where I live) and the product has gotten progressively easier to use and more robust every year. Keep up the good work, TT!
What's great about it: Easy to use, very intuitive
What's not so great: I wish it were a little less expensive:)

I'm sure I am not the only person who had to close their business. Maybe there should be a small section that asks if the business was still in operation instead of all the questions about the sechudle c entries for last year.
What's great about it: calculations done for me
What's not so great: could not understand info when my business closed 9/2011

2012 return

I use Turbo Tax every yeat because it is so easy to us and no question about that my entries are correct. I like the fact that I can import my last year return and also my donations to charties.
What's great about it: easy to file
What's not so great: still had to pay

Add a free state e-file with the Deluxe version of the software.
What's great about it: good Q&A format with explanations for when I dont understand
What's not so great: could not find last year's return to make this year's process easier
