What's great about it: the ease of filing my return, from start to finish. We have used turbo tax for several years, and will continue to.

When one ownes less than 100% of property and entries are done in full, including for a vehicle, program calculates for % ownership for everything except the vehicle entries. These should be calculated on the same percentage.
What's great about it: Always very complete.
What's not so great: Vehicle entries for rental property where only partial owner
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Make the software cheaper

Everything is good except that they make you buy a new software every year. I wish that they would just make us download the updates for a one time price and just like the free updates for the disk/software would allow other free updates. It's a pain to buy the disk/software.
What's great about it: Awesomely Easy and Very Handy.
What's not so great: Price of the software and have to buy it every year.
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TurboTax 2012

I first downloaded investments into TurboTax last year, but didn't double check and ended up paying taxes I didn't need to pay. This year, I double checked and found redundant entries due to overlapping investment accounts. Corrected them and filed an amended return for 2011 to get money back.
What's great about it: Simple and easy to follow instructions.
What's not so great: Downloads from investments confusing ,
