Easy again!!

Great program, started using 4 years ago after I found out the Tax Filer I was paying was using Turbo Tax. Just be organized and cut out the middleman.
What's great about it: Easy to use/file 4th year in a row
What's not so great: Ugh!! updates

I almost enjoyed the experience. I loved the ease of the walkthrough in filling in the forms. The system pointed out things and deductions I would not have thought of looking into if I was doing this on my own. I also liked how easy it was to E-File my return.
What's great about it: The easy walkthrough

Very Confusing, very overwhelming

Used Turbo Tax for years; worst experience by far.
What's great about it: Step by step process leads users along nicely
What's not so great: Inconsistent terms (such as 'house' vs 'home') and poorly sized 'learn more' boxes
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
