Take the burden out of tax preparation

I thought previous versions of TurboTax were good but this one is even better. TurboTax works seamlessly in the background to guide users through the complex maze of tax forms and intelligently selects options while giving thoughtful reviews of its suggestions and opportunities to override those selections, if necessary. If this wasn't enough Intuit provides expert assistance on tax questions on its website. I used that service for the first time this year and found the advice given accurate and useful.
What's great about it: Simple, easy to navigate interface, useful embedded annotations, intelligent analysis system helps guide through forms

Step by Step Assistance

Turbo Tax has everything you need to file your taxes effectively and on time.
What's great about it: Tjurbo Tax asked the same questions anyone at a tax office would. You just have to input the information.
What's not so great: None

Excellent Tax Preparation Application

excellent product and will recommend to friends and co-workers.
What's great about it: automated transfer of previous tax year data
What's not so great: repeats questions when there is mor eof the same type of input such as number of charities.

Turbo Tax is Awesome!! It asks everything so clearly and doesn't let you miss anything!! You work on it and it takes you back exactly where you need to be if you have to come back to it later. Everything is clear and easy easy easy!!!

Wasn't sure my e-file went through.

I thought I had filed my tax returns on April 4, 2013 through Turbo Tax e-file only to find out that they were never received. Fortunately, just in case something might go wrong, I had requested my balance due to be deducted from my checking account on April 10, 2013 instead of the 15th. When I found no debit was made from my account, I checked the status of my return. "No record found!". I had to re-transmit my returns with a new payment date. This time I got an e-mail stating my transmission was successful. I feel there should be a better alert mechanism.
What's great about it: Step-by-step is good.
What's not so great: Unaware my e-file transmission was unsuccessful.

Great Program

I especially appreciated the immediate notice of rejection (incorrect passwords from 2011) after e-filing our return. I'm sure that saved me time and effort. Its nice to know the program has my back.
