Took the Most Pain Away

It's taxes, so its not going to be a good time. However, Turbo Tax is great at making it as painless as possible, showing many options for answering questions, etc.
I appreciate being able to go back, review, adjust numbers, see what happens to your bottom line. Filing is easy. Support is friendly, even during peak times and season.
Highly recommended!
What's great about it: Step by step instructions and explanations are the best!
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Safety Net

I like using TT. Have used it for about 10 years. I like that the program conducts an interview where it guides me to possible and probable answers. I consider TT a safety net because it catches all details of our situation every year.
What's great about it: I like that TT walks me thru scenarios, gives hints re common answers
What's not so great: After the final review, I dont want to see the schedules, I just want to have opportunity to review answers to questions

Turbo Tax is great! It gets the job done fast and easy! You can do it at your pace, even on a Saturday morning without getting out of your pajamas!! HA!
What's great about it: Very quick and done right!

Turbo tax is so easy and user friendly. It makes filing taxes a snap. I love all the yes and no questions, it makes it simple to answer and file.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: I wish it didn't cost additional money to e-file my state return.

I have been using Quicken to track my personal financial for years. With Quicken and Turbo Tax, my tax return can be done within 2 hours. Just love it.

Pretty good. Good that you can do several of families returns. like seeing chances for audit...hopefully low.
What's great about it: organizes all paperwork for you and files
What's not so great: Did not think deluxe helped on college expenses that much

Refund

Sometimes it is not clear why the toatl refund gets adjusted as entries ar input, there should be more explaination.
What's great about it: Uses info from previous years
What's not so great: was goign to let me deduct car registration, but not allowed in my state.
