Time after Time Success!

I used TurboTax for years. I'm able to get through my taxes every year with no follow-up questions from the IRS or NYS.
What's great about it: I love not having to reenter basic information, just add the new filing year software and it finds last year's info!
What's not so great: Had problems understanding 1099-Q.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Once again your exceptional product has made my last minute filing a quick, almost pleasant experience (Let's face it, filing taxes is not a source of pleasure for anyone) but the ease of use and step by step support allowed me to complete my return quickly and efficiently. Thanks again for making "tax time" bearable!

It is all-encompassing asking about each and every situation, but the questions aren't always very easy to understand.
