While working on the sales tax area, not all my information had been entered. Unfortunately when trying to review and update, Turbo Tax had already entered the amount for sales tax and did not allow me to add other items.
What's great about it: Easy follow through process to enter information
What's not so great: Additional data could not be added in areas

Easy Peasy

It is easy to use. It walks you through every aspect of the tax forms and has helpful notes explaining items. I particularly like the assistance with clothing donations to Goodwill.

I just wished once you finished a section it went right to the next section. Had to use the bar on the side constantly to go down the page.

What's not so great: I had to use the bar on the side of the computer to go down after I finished a section

Like Pushing The Easy Button

I have always done my own taxes but My wife wasnt confident last year that I had maximized our refund opportunities so took our documents to a Professional Tax accountant. After about a week of working with the professional she reported back that I am still the best Tax Accountant. Sweet sweet victory! No second guessing this year!!!

TURBO TAX FEDERAL & STATE RETURNS

I have used Turbo Tax for about 7 years and I have found it to be as good or better than going to a professional tax preparer. It is the same information that is used by them, only I this case, I am in control on what is seen and when. It is a blessing to go back an review items at any time or to finish at a later date if needed. I have only been completely pleased with this product.

What's great about it: Set up for ordinary end user. easy to follow and easy to review and save for future use
What's not so great: does not explain some line items enough when fixing errors.

Second year to by delux version and downloads do not work. Cannot download state tax program again. will need to call to get it which is frustrating.

What's not so great: slow and downloads are not automatic
