Turbo Tax was easy to fill in and follow. I like the explanations so I could read through in case I had a question if something applied to me or not.

Overall great, easy to use software. Can't imagine filling out the IRS forms myself.

What's not so great: Had to pay for e-filing state tax return

I have been using Turbo Tax since 2004 and have never been disappointed with it's step-by-step process. It gets better and easier every year.

I've been using Turbo Tax, well, forever. I'll never try another product. It provides me everything I need for my home and rental property.
What's great about it: Easy to use and understand
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Wasn't sure about using TurboTax for this years return. In my divorce, I can claim my son every other year, and didn't think TT would be able to do that. To my surprise, it took care of it without a hiccup. Flew through the rest of the return without any problems. Efiled both state and fed returns, and now just have to wait for the golden goose to....well, wait for my refunds. I will definitely use TT next year.
What's great about it: Simple, easy to use

This year has to be my best year in filing. The ease of Turbotax made it happen! I'll be using your product from now on.
