Have been using turbo tax for years. I am comfortable with it, but still wonder if I am finding all the deductions.
What's great about it: Quickness of getting information in
What's not so great: A little more detail about the forms and why whithout having to click on another box

Overall very good product. Easy to use and predictable. Like the fact that I can easily access different areas for edit.
What's great about it: intuitive
What's not so great: still have to have a good grasp of tax knowledge for complicated returns

No Sweat

Love it - 3rd year I have used for both Federal and State taxes. It use to take me 6-7 hours to complete my taxes. Now, with Turbo Tax, after I have collected all my needed documentation for reporting income and deductions, it takes literally couple hours.
What's great about it: Very easy, trouble free, quick, and safe to use

The only hard part is getting my documents together before I sit down. Using the product is a breeze.
What's great about it: easy to follow fed and state
What's not so great: none really, our regional local taxes can sometimes be challenging

made doing taxes easy and painless

This was the first year my wife did the taxes and she was able to do this with very little trouble. She is one who has very little patients and she was able to do this with out loosing control. Thanks
