I have nothing but good to say about TurboTax. I have used it to file taxes for myself and a few family and friends for over 10 years, with absolutely no problem, and will continue to.
What's great about it: Easy to use, excellent guidance and research resources, file with confidence

I used to do taxes by hand but, but have been using TurboTax for the last 10 years. TurboTax takes the tedium and anxiety out of tax preparation. I also prefer it to using a tax preparation service, since it's less expensive and probably "knows" more about tax laws than the individuals that are hired during tax season. TurboTax also keeps my information more private and lets me proceed at my own pace. Lastly, the graphics are attractive and the program flow is intuitive.
What's great about it: program is intuitive, easy to follow and instills confidence

I am a professional tax preparer and I love Turbo Tax. I have taken forms to work to see if I get the same calculations and it is 95% of the time to the dollar. I feel confident using Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easy to use and good instructions
What's not so great: Had a form I could not get rid of and I didn't need it

Easy - Quick - and Accurate

Turbo Tax is great. I used it every year since it has come out except once when I tried the H&R Block software. Turbo Tax is leaps and bounds better. Will never try another product again. Keep u the good work
What's great about it: Simple to use and understand
What's not so great: None that I can think of
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
