Easy Breezy Refund

What's great about it: Quick and easy way to file my tax returns
What's not so great: Nothing

My Turbo Tax

Turbo Tax allows me to complete my taxes with the ease of step by step instructions that are very easy to understand. I've used Turbo Tax for many years and would not consider using any other method for doing my taxes. Proir to using Turbo Tax, I did my taxes the manual way. This way is much faster more acurate. Thank you Turbo Tax.

i like to do things myself , turbo tax has made this easy for me since 2004 . being self employed , it helps me keep track of who does & does'nt know my buisness . i would not use any other program for my taxes.

Totally Thorough

Better watch out for stealth forms! It automatically assumed that I would need to pay estimated taxes because I did a Roth conversion and had extra income last year. Since that was a one-time event, I wont need to pay estimated taxes this year. Fortunately, I caught it before I transmitted my return.
What's great about it: Easy and complete
What's not so great: Asks about state returns even when you live in a state with no income tax
Pros: I bought or sold investments

TurboTax is very easy to use. It allows you to import available information that you may need for your taxes, avoiding possible errors when manually entering information. It allows you to keep everything organized and is sure to check for all allowable deductions. It's fast and easy to use, saves you time and gives you peace of mind with the error check and audit risk evaluator!

State of residence is entered in Personal Information. Software should know what is applicable for your state and avoid unnecessary state questions.
No explanation on PIN, eg. Must a new PIN be acquired each year or does the one you received in 2012 to be used for this years taxes?
What's great about it: Quick an easy - taxes done with relative ease.
What's not so great: Some detail and explanation lacking.
