Always Simple and Easy to Use

I have been using Turbo Tax for over ten years and each year year it gets a little better (easier to use).
I have used the Turbo Tax Help Line over the years and received excellent information regarding my tax questions from a tax professional. I used it again this year, I find this a valuable benefit.
What's great about it: Very flexible and many options for entering data and reviewing forms

Turbo Tax Deluxe 2012

I have used Turbo Tax Deluxe to complete my taxes for several years. The filing and saving directions in past versions were much easier to follow then in 2012. It took longer to figure out how to file only my state refund this year. I also found that it was automatically naming the file on my state refund as my federal refund; I do not recall having this issue with previous versions. Overall, this I find this program to be a quick way to complete tax forms.
What's great about it: Quick and easy
What's not so great: Difficulty in filing only state refund. Not as easy as in past.

This was the first time I have filed taxes electronically by my self. The step-by-step guide made it very easy to manuveur thru the tax filing process. Turbo Tax took the fear out of filing!
What's great about it: Step-by-step guidance thru the filing process
What's not so great: Just alittle unclear when to print copy for my records but in the end there were actually 2 opportunities to do so.

This product makes filing taxes easier than driving to an accountant's office... and cheaper. Step by step guidance alleviates confusion and errors. Additional on line support is like having a personal CPA at your fingertips. Great results; thanks!

Great Experience

I've used Turbo Tax for more than 10 years and have convinced many of my friends and family to try it. Once tried, it's an easy sell since the instructions are concise and explanations are provided for those items you have questions for. Will continue using Turbo Tax each year. Thanks for the great product.

What's not so great: Long list of items I don't use, but are necessary to review.

Love Turbo Tax. I have used other tax programs at work, but Turbo Tax is the easiest I have used. I wouldn't use anything else.
What's great about it: Easy to get through taxes
What's not so great: Not always easy to go back and delete something if moved to next step.
