Need a check list of sort to remind me to go back and review or add some thing when i go thru the process in the beginning, thanks
What's great about it: continue to be a great product
What's not so great: some old features are missing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I have used Turbo Tax for at least 20 years (probably as long as it has been available for electronic filing). I feel like they continue to work to improve all the time.
What's great about it: Makes me feel like I am in good hands
What's not so great: no more than any other tax preparation

Took me an hour to file- time saver for this mom!

It was a good experience! I will be using it again next year if the price is right!
What's great about it: The simple and guided me through the process and the questions that I wondered about where already on the screen.
What's not so great: I had a hard time saving my return and had to restart the process.

Turbo Tax walked me through the process step by step. They told me exactly where to look on pay stubs etc. and where to enter the information. They asked me simple questions and took me through every step of the process. I will be using them again next year.
What's great about it: step by step help
What's not so great: the only thing lacking was my personal self assurance

had to file in 2 states plus federal. easy to use and gave great instructions for resident and non-resident tax forms.

2012 Federal & State Returns

For previous years the data inputs for Schedule K-1 were complicated but straight forward.
This year the process seemed different and not crystal clear, particularly with regard to data for the K-1 codes sections. (e.g. 13J1 & 13J2, 16A1 & 16A2)
Otherwise the tax filing process went very smoothly

Overall, very easy to use to use. Just some data still need to import manually.
