It is so easy. They ask questions in an easy to answer manner. Takes less than 1 hour and I am done. All from the comfort of my home!

OVERALL PRETTY GOOD, WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE PRINT OPTION CHANGED SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO PULL UP THE PDF FILE TO PRINT RETURNS. ALSO THE PRICE FOR EXTRA STATES SEEMS HIGH.

Turbo Tax starts off by providing the upload of the latest tax information and continues to lead you through a complete and thorough listing of all the necessary information, as well as any possible tax savings available. It was a complete and efficient process that was easy and fast. Thank you!

What's not so great: Placement of extra services and charges; just ask once!

Simple and Easy, just like every year

I write software for a living, I really don't know how to improve this experience.
Perhaps at the end when it comes to the save and print function, its not entirely clear when to save, the option to save and print at multiple stages is offered, I don't remember that being confusing last year. Should just have a tab to save and print when done, or at any stage.

What's great about it: I liked everything, particularly the deduction finder sections

Have used TurboTax for many years and see no need to hire a tax account. TurboTax does it all.
What's great about it: quick, easy and auto loads from previous year

Have been using Turbo Tax for over 15 years now and have not had an issue with any of the returns i have filed. Have both a W-2 income and self employed income and Turbo Tax handled it with ease. Love the PRODUCT!!
What's great about it: Easy to Use, accurate
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
