The step by step instructions were a breeze - identified every relevant area to complete. The error check was excellent and identified non-apparent inconsistencies.

Very Easy

I like the fact that it can pull the information from older returns, so that I don't have to re-enter all the information. I also liked the fact that it showed you how much you got the previous year versus what you would be getting the current year.

The software was very easy, straightforward, and provided confidence that a thorough job was being performed. The only downside was the additional costs that I learned about during the process for state and e-filing. I will use it again, though given tax accountants are 5x more expensive.
What's great about it: It was a simple process
What's not so great: Wasn't aware I would have to purchase more software for State and E-Filing with State
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

The process was simple to follow and I did it over time so it kept everything in order.
The only time I was a little nervous was it said I had to update software before transmitting. Butr that worked out at end.

Stress Free Filing

Turbo Tax consistently takes the hassle and worry out of the tax filing process. I know that I can rely on the product to get my tax filing done correctly and without a lot of worry on my part.

Complete/easy tax return process

I've been using TurboTax for many years now and this year's process was the easiest yet. Import feature was more complete an was easy to use. Guidance was helpful and clear. Checking and audit vulnerability was very reassuring. eFiling of my Federal return was trivially easy (I need to send a check with my state return :-(
