Icky, but Turbo Tax makes it easy

I do get tired of the duration --- too many steps/clicks. But, it is better to be exhaustive and not allow your customer (me) to overlook something.
Cross Selling ----- I am in (or have been) in the marketing/sales business ------- donot go overboard with your cross selling --- the web really angers me these days with too much marketing being pushed @ me.
What's great about it: Quick/Easy and good explanations

Fast, Easy, Painless

Have used this product since the 80s DOS version. My taxes have become simpler over the years as my tax situation has changed (kids grown, mortgage paid, moved to no income-tax state, divested complicated securities, etc). But I still rely on the easy, accurate dialog and user-friendly graphical user interface.
The price is fair (I purchase Deluxe each year), and I have never had a problem.

What's great about it: Goes over deductions I was unaware of, imports from last year TurboTax and Its Deductible

Still the best way to get our taxes done quickly and with confidence!
What's great about it: You can do everything on your own or get detailed help when needed!
What's not so great: Education expenses are still hard to understand!!!

Acurate and Easy

We have used TurboTax for over twenty years and have never had a problem even though we have enjoyed multiple changes in personal status - -such as having a small business; buying and selling real estate; having rental property, etc. Using automatic renewal our software was always available early to afford processing our return in a timely manner.
What's great about it: Simplicity is supreme
What's not so great: Some print is small for those with poor eyesight
