Tips saved money.

The questions made it easy for me to gather what I needed to get a bigger refund. User-friendly software, even for me.
What's great about it: Questions helped me remember deductions.
What's not so great: Nothing was troublesome.

Confused in Massachusetts

Had to go back because turbo's question on interest & dividends was worded incorrectly for Mass bank interest. Then had to re-do state section because Turbo didn't agree with MA Dept. Revenue website where you can e-file for free. Oh did I mention that Turbotax state for MA may cause you to mis-state your taxable income and then Turbo wants to charge for e-filing when you can do it free on the State website. I wonder what their audit defense is for that little glitch?
What's great about it: Incorporates past tax info and good flow for current tax year
What's not so great: confusing instruction question on interest & dividends for MA

Made taxes so simple

This lates version is the simplest yet. I've been using Turbo tax for many years and it just keeps getting easer. Well worth the cost and allows you to plan for the upcomming year.
What's great about it: Makes sure nothing is missing or forgotten

Maybe next year will be easier now that we have dealt with the new tax laws. However, it would have helped for some notation in turbo tax that said "this is going to look different than in previous years".
What's great about it: I really like being able to electronically load all my investment related income and expenses from my brokerage account
What's not so great: There were a lot of new changes to the tax system this year. It would have helped if these could have been flagged.

this is my fourth year using ur product. its quick, easy, and knows whats its doing!!!!
What's great about it: everything but the "con"
What's not so great: when i finished and saved the pdf file it didnt tell me it had been saved.

Turbo Tax 2012

I find Turbo Tax so easy to use, very clear instructions and help topics are excellent. I filed electronically and had not entered my federal PIN. In less than 5 minutes I was able to locate where to enter the PIN and re-file electronically.
What's great about it: Extremely easy to use. Clear instructions. Excellent help.
