Overall, pretty good. Some issue difficult to intuit for navigation when going out of order of preparation.
Biggest hurdle - Very difficult trying to get into "Its Deductible" from the Tax Prep forms. How about adding a direct Link from Turbo Tax to Its Deductible in "Online" Menu?

What's great about it: Simple, Exact, Updated Quickly,

Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy

Turbo Tax makes it so easy to file my taxes. I am able to simply punch in some numbers and my return is ready to go. The itemized deductions are tedious BUT Turbo Tax makes me feel safe in my deduction values. I would have actually under-valued almost all of my deductions in fact if it weren't for Turbo Tax's easy guide section to itemizing my deductions. Thanks Turbo Tax !!
What's great about it: made filing very easy

I hate paying taxes

Turbo tax makes it much easier to figure my taxes. Of course I still owe because the government can't ever seem to get enough of my money!!! I've used for several years - great product at a terrible time of year!

Really liked the ability to have funds that I owed on my federal return to be withdrawn on 4/15.

Generally, I like using the product and in all likelihood will continue.
I did have problems with depreciation. I wanted to use straight line but that wasn't a choice in the dropdown menu. Other choices on form were not explained well in Help.
Also had problems after files were complete, No explanation given as to why or what choices I had to complete the form. Keeping my fingers crossed on those!

Easy as pie!

I havfe been using Turbo for several years (since its inception). Filing can't be easier, and the automated transfers from W2 and prior years are incredible time savers - not to mention ensuring accurateness. The SW does not forget anything. I would recommend Turbo to anyone (and have). Easy navigation to the forms I want. informative all along the way.
What's great about it: Info transfers, guided or do it yourself
What's not so great: cost of filing state return

Used Turbo Tax for Years!

Had a little trouble with College Scholarship portion this year. Filled in what I thought it was asking for but it included scholarships funds in income. Finally got it right. User error - but I think it could have been avoided with a little better explanation. Scholarship was from the College and we never received it - it went directly to the College to pay expenses. The program asked what "we" paid and at first I didn't include scholarship dollars in that amount.
We've been using this product for years because it makes doing taxes easy.
What's great about it: Easy to use and guides you through the entire process
