Help me a lot for extra refund

This is my 2nd year i used Turbo tax filling my income tax return. It really helpful, easy, and convinced.
What's great about it: I did like almost everything

Not a good fit

Several of the Help windows throw Java Runtime errors. I used a competitor previously and will be returning to their product next year. The absolute most difficult and misleading tax software I have used. Not to mention cost me about twice as much to do my taxes as a competitors product.
This product was able to import more financial documents than its competitor was able to last year.
What's great about it: Plays well with a partitioned computer: C=Windows E=Applications F=Application Data and files
What's not so great: expensive, cumbersome, misleading, difficult to find where simple deductions are asked for.

Minutes - not Hours and Days

Turbo Tax has enabled me for years to survive the fact that my 3 daughters rely on me to 'help' them with tax preparation every years - up to 4 returns for/by me each year. And the life changes, marriage, job changes, colleges, etc. ...
With Turbo Tax's ability to import prior year data - from each of their returns and to import current year data from most resources and to explore/what if, while keeping me advised of the bottom line impact. And then the error check ....

It really does take me mere minutes if need be, stop anywhere and return where I left off - or invest some time in trying alternatives - and finish it all for all of us by tax day ...

What's great about it: Easy, thorough and navigable - very intuitive
What's not so great: Not much - didn't understand some of the thoroughness when I encountered it.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Overall the product is great and my wife and I have been using this for a number of years. Will continue doing so in the years to come. Thanks for a great design.
What's great about it: Question and answer sessions make filing a breeze
What's not so great: Additional help details would be nice such as buying second home

I'VE BEEN USING TURBO TAX FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW DUE TO THE EASE OF USE. THIS YEAR'S RETURN WENT VERY WELL AND TOOK LESS TIME THAN IN PREVIOUS YEARS
