Our kids are grown and we need all the help finding deductions we can get. This walks us through all possible efficiently.
What's great about it: like the comparison of prior years
What's not so great: paying you for state tax - really? my state files free otherwise

I took away one star because I wasn't always clear on what to do, but I am fairly new at this. I did use turbo tax last year and it was easier this year.

Turbo Tax is so worth the money! The step by step process is easy to use... you don't have to be an expert, they are the experts! Turbo Tax makes it really simple.

Always the best

I've used TurboTax for many years, and have tried other software on occassion. Without fail, TT is the easiest to use and most reliable software out there.
What's great about it: TurboTax is intuitive, detailed, and accurate.
What's not so great: Ads for additional support between screens gets annoying.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
