Been using TurboTax for years. I tried another brand once and once was enough! I really appreciate how easy TT is to use. The updates make me feel you are watching out for my best interest and I like being told how unlikely it is that I will be audited. Thanks, TurboTax!!
What's great about it: Easy to use, just point & click; It's fun to watch the "taxes owed" go down.
What's not so great: Nada Zilch

Use Turbo Tax!

Using Turbo Tax makes my life easy! If you follow each step you may come up with deductions that you never knew you had or may have forgotten about using. Especially if you use a few years in a row and it does a comparison for you of the previous year.
What's great about it: Easy to use!
What's not so great: Can not do refund for state taxes if not resident there :(

A siomple way to get the maximum return without having errors in your return. Works just like I expected it to. My whole family uses Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Simple, Thorough, Reliable, Professional
What's not so great: I didn't have any dislikes with Turbotax.

I've been using Turbo Tax for at least 6 years and find that it makes going through tax season a breeze. All I need to do is enter the information and I have Turbo Tax does all the calculations for me. I no longer have to stress over understanding or keep up with the ever changing and complicated tax codes. Turbo Tax does that for me too! eACH TIME i OEN THE PROGRAM IT AUTOMATICALLY CHECKS FOR & INSTALLS ANY NEW UPDATES THERE MAY BE. tURBO tAX DOUBLE CHECKS MY ENTRIES FOR ERRORS, CATCHES ANY i MAKES ANS VOILA...i CAN MAKE THE NECESSARY CHANGES. FILING ELECTRONICALLY ENDS THE PROCESSES EASILY FOR BOTH MY FEDERAL & STATE REUTRN AND I GET EVERYTHING DIRECT DEPOSITED. I WILL NOT USE ANY OTHER SOFTEWARE NO MATTER WHAT'S PROMISED. I LIKE TURBO TAX. ITRUST TURBO TAX.
What's great about it: Easy to use, fast, has the answers to questions, I don't need to keep up with the ever changing tax codes,

Another REUND

I have use Turbo Tax for several years now. I heard a friend had used it. I got Turbo Tax, but before using it I sat to the task of doing the forms by hand/manually. I then loaded the software. This first time using the program and the amount owed was fifty percent lower then the sum that I had gotten doing by hand. I know with Turbo Tax I will either get the biggest refund or the lowest amount owed. I do recommend doing the Guided method as that will help you to get the refund or the amount owed that you deserved.
What's great about it: Shows your status as you go along.
What's not so great: Can't get IRS PIN in the program interface
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
