Generally found TurboTax easy to work with -- it imported my data from previous years and quickly filled out forms. However, it wasn't always easy to figure out how to edit individual forms or correct some entry errors without clicking on a couple of different screens. I kept looking for a "button" or clue on how to "enter" a form to make manual corrections or deletions. It also dumped some itemized data that required a complex & timely re-entry process -- the original form was there and then it wasn't. No way to recapture the lost data other than re-entering it.
What's great about it: Fairly intuitive, easily incorporates data
What's not so great: Sometimes difficult to edit forms

With three kids, we donate a lot of clothes. Before Turbo Tax, my estimated value on the bags of clothing we donated was about a 10th of what Easy Guide now values our items. This is a great help. With the step by step GPS I'm confident that that my returns are just as good as a CPA prepared return and I save about $300.
What's great about it: I completed my Federal and State returns in two hours. Turbo Tax reduces stress, saves me money and I'm done in no time.
What's not so great: None I can think of

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and have never had any problems.
What's great about it: Quick and easy
What's not so great: Sometimes hard to find the answers to my questions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Best tax software available

I have used Turbo Tax for years to do my own taxes as well as those of my family. It is easy to use and very self explanatory. I have never had one error found by the IRS or state in my taxes or those of my family. It is a good feeling to send them off knowing they are prepared correctly and that we won't be hearing back from the government.
