Always pleased with how thorough, straight-forward, and painless our tax return is every year.
Would be helpful to more accurately identify and notify users regarding necessary changes to W-4s resulting from: lower mortgage interest rate, child-care expenditures, and income.
What's great about it: TurboTax is the perennial tax-filing solution
What's not so great: Did not foresee necessary changes to W-4s

Refund To The Max!!!

I have used TurboTax for about 20+ years. It has always performed to my expectations, and has saved me a lot of money over the years. It is very easy to use, and the interview path is very thorough, and has good feedback and helps along the way. I feel confident that TurboTax has done the best for my situation, and has increased my refund to the maximum I am entitled to receive. I have recommended Turbo Tax time and time again.

What's great about it: Ease of use, thourough, lots of help along the way.
What's not so great: Nothing to complain about.

Quick and easy for my simple return

TurboTax is useful for my simple tax return - no property or major assets. The process is simple and walks me through each step. I like to understand how the mechanics work underneath and TT provides the actual forms; however I think the detailed explanation I am looking for comes with formal tax education.
What's great about it: Guides through the steps
What's not so great: Some explanations can be slightly confusing
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's great about it: Relatively easy to use.
What's not so great: Some of the questions should had been derived from the data and not asked.

easy to follow directions and explanations are short and to the point. my prep is not that detailed and turbo tax is the best option for me. the big tax preparers want to charge as much as the IRS just to fill in the blanks. Thanks turbo tax.
What's great about it: great easy promps to follow
What's not so great: alot diffrent then last year the look of the page was different also

This is my 9th year as a "Turbo Pro" It proved very useful when my father died & I easily completed his final returns with Turbo Tax, thus saving my family considerable expense.
What's great about it: Clear, concise step-by-step guidance.Effortless, time saving transfer of past year's vital data
What's not so great: I don't get to see my "Tax Man" anymore & I liked him!

I have been using Turbo Tax for 5 years and love it. I am an accountant and I always did tax returns by hand. After using your software, I will never do them by hand again
