Overall very easy to use. When it copied info from last years return, it put in forms that I didn't need this year, causing errors at the end. I had to go back and delete the forms manually.
What's great about it: Easy guide is exactly that
What's not so great: Still confused about credits I didn't get that I got last year

Glitch

An email warning about the possible loop glitch on state taxes would have been nice. Also the possible solution of restarting TT was worth a mention since it worked. But I was pretty annoyed by that point.
Product has definitely improved over the past 10 years. Easier and simpler to wade through.
What's great about it: Simpler than last year
What's not so great: Glitch on state tax loop

This appears to be a great program, did not know that there was so many different factors involved in getting your taxes done. Previous tax preps never asked half the questions the program asked.
What's great about it: Seemed to be very easy.
What's not so great: Was unsure about several areas.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

EASY!!!

The program automatically imported my files from last year to include charity's. It allowed me to do my state return along with the Federal. Taking my time, I was done in a few hours.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Looks for all possible ways to get a bigger return or to pay less.
What's not so great: None

This is the sixth year we have used TurboTax. You have maintained the same logic while keeping up the the constant changing tax codes. This makes using the program easier, especially when our tax situation changes. Great Work!
