HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR THE PAST SIX YEARS AND HAVE COMPARED WITH FRIENDS WHO USE OTHER SOFTWARE AND BY FAR THIS IS THE BEST. I HAVE NO PROBLEM GETTING ANSWERS TO ANY QUESTION POSED. WILL CONTINUE USING IT.
What's great about it: great program. never has failed me yet
What's not so great: need to be easier to reach supporting documents on line

Have used TurboTax well over 10 years. I am always very satisified with the accuracy of the returns and find the online help feature quite useful.
What's great about it: Explanations always at the ready
What's not so great: Didn"t figure out how to look at the Forms as the return progressed

i had to pay twice for the software once early and once as a download which worked great
What's great about it: very easy to use and covers all deductions
What's not so great: signed up early but that copy would not download the az state and crashed my pc, was able to restore from save point

I HAVE BEEN USING TURBO TAX FOR ABOUT 4 YRS NOW AND I HAVE BEEN SATISFIED WITH HOW SIMPLE IT IS TO INSERT EVERY LITTLE DETAIL TO WHERE IT NEEDS TO GO. WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE

What's not so great: NO DEDUCTIONS FOR PETS?

I have been using Turbo Tax for seven years now, with very satisfying results.
What's great about it: The step by step walk through of items to process returns
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

When an error is found it would be nice if the program would go back to the problem question and not just the location of the issue on the form.

I'm an accountant and this is my fifth year of using TurboTax. It's the best and easiest way to file tax returns.
What's great about it: Fairly easy to follow and the Help tab provides additional information.
What's not so great: Charge for e-filing State taxes. This should be free.
